1.) move spacetime.cs to X:\GTA San Andreas\CLEO

3.) Replace effectsPC.txd and effects.fxp to X:\GTA San andreas\models

How To Use Mod :

1.) for start teleport, mark your destination on map

2.) Resume Game, Press TAB + E to teleport
